And here is the other family our kids are just crazy about: June and Lyn, and their mum Eunhye. We see each other all the time.
As we are all immigrated (they from Korea and we from Belgium) we both understand the challenges of living without a network of friends and family, and share the great pleasure to see our kids blossoming now they have made such a good friends. All 5 kids just love to be together all the time, which is of great value for us 3 parents, so we are helping each other out each way we can, to make daily life easier.
They have never done camping so now is our turn to invite friends over for camping.
Just one hour away but we go all the way: bring our own firewood, water, food, everything,...
We know so little about Asian culture, so our Korean friends are opening new worlds to us.
Eunhye brings a five star dinner for us and we enjoy this delicous Korean BBQ (all Aussies agree that Korean BBQ is the best!) :

Take a leave, add some radish, dip the meat in the sesam oil, add other (very) spicy vegetables on top, and then roll it all in the leaf and HAP the juicy healthy everything in one go ... Mmyummy! Using chip chops of course...
