2. Fur Seals, whirpool & big snake

First time ever we see fur seals 😍. Look them graciously tumbling through the cool water, and then enjoying a nap in the sun.

Behold Australia Rock !

Eden

Hot day! Luckily we can cool down in Aslings beach rockpool at Eden. The big splashes caused by the incoming tide are great fun!

Bittangabee Bay

This impressive snake had the most scary encounter with the wheels of our car but luckily it survived.

We camp at Bittangabee Bay and have a beautiful sunset walk to the bay. What a windy night! We go early in the tents to make sure they don't fly away :-)

Next day stunning view on Disaster bay ! Many ship wrecks here in history, but no disasters for us!

However from here to the next petrol station was a challenge which could have turned easily into a disaster! It took over 150km in an area without mobile phone coverage, to find a service station. Opa & meter arrive with the last drops of fuel at the service station, just in time. Pfiew!
