During our first month in Sydney we made the famous coastal walk from Bondi to Coogee in three parts. You can read here about the first part from Bondi to Bronte.

This weekend we took the bus back to Bronte beach. We started with a pick-nick in Bronte Park at the playground. Then we left Bronte southwards passing this amazing rock pool hit by the waves of the ocean:

We arrive onto a 500 meter coastal clifftop boardwalk with lookouts.

The boardwalk traverses on the edge of Calga Reserve above sheer cliffs and the sea, all along the historic Waverley cemetery on top of sandstone cliffs and rock platforms.

Clovelly Beach is a tranquil beach at the mouth of a extremely narrow bay between two rocky ridges.

A famous tunnel starts from this beach and goes all the way to Belgium, right through the core of the earth. Works have started recently ;-) and first visitors are expected next year in 2022!
